Elégant duplex avec terrasse aux portes de Paris

paid a large sum to accomodate my guests and finsihed disappointed Positive: Location was good and the place is OK ONLY if you are young. Negative: The advert did not state that you had to climb + 30 steps with your luggage to reach the rooms and another + 20 steps to reach the kitchen. I had booked this place for 3 old women from my family ranging from 60 to 70 years. So it was quite painful for them during the whole stay. My son had to go there to cary their baggage upstairs on arrival and downstairs on departure. Also after checkin, we found that the place was not properly clean. The oven was very dirty. Several saucepans and cooking pots were rusty and were only good to be thrown away. So my guests had to go out for dinner as they could not cook. This was however rectified after 2 days but no compensation was paid for the trouble we had and the fact that we could not cook and had to pay additional retaurant bills
